The initial contact is an important step for us to discuss where you are interested in going, what you are looking for as far as your trip, and how we can help you! 

We like to quote a few resorts at a time as we feel confident in the research we conducted and we do not want to overwhelm you with too many options. After you review the quotes, you can offer us some feedback and we will continue to narrow down ideas and resorts to fit your perfect vacation. 

Once the final payment has been paid, we will look over the travel plans closely and make sure everything is clear. We will answer any other questions you may have during our final phone call. 

After we figure out your wants and needs, we will conduct research on destinations that are perfect for you! This can take a few days to conduct this research for you. 

Once you have made the decision on which resort and trip is right for you, we will discuss options such as insurance, excursions, etc. After this is completed, we will take the deposit for the trip and any other necessary information. The deposit will lock in your prices and we will discuss payment dates. 

Throughout your trip, we will contact you to make sure everything is going well and you are taken care of. We will be available to help you with any thing that may arise during your trip. We are here to make your trip perfect!
